The company had its presence in multiple geographies. Each of the locations were using different software for warranty management. There was no system which could track and manage all the activities. All processes were executed manually which was time consuming and lead to productivity issues. The customer was looking for a solution which could consolidate and automate the whole warranty management process.

Our Solution:

  • FingertipPlus built a customized solution using SFDC Community Cloud, that could centrally manage the warranty for all regions. Using this portal, customers could track and maintain all warranty related issues.
  • The new system could manage product registration, claim shipments, market specific policy management and integrate with solar planner scanner to analyse the return products scan results and manage warranty.
